What We Do

Birchler Inspections, L.L.C., provides on-site reports detailing the condition of the house using the latest computer technology. The Inspection report also includes maintenance information, energy tips, and repair options. We also provide radon gas testing, rental weatherization inspections, duplex, commercial buildings and multi-unit inspections.

Our clients are encouraged to be present and ask questions about the property. We offer prompt inspection scheduling and an easy-to-read home repair and maintenance manual for your convenience.

All of his inspections are entered into a handheld computer and the report is printed up at the site on the inspection.
How long does your inspection take?
Most inspections average about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
Are clients welcome for the full inspection?
Birchler Inspections, LLC is happy to have the client with him for the complete inspection, if the client wishes to be there. Coming for the last hour is also an option, as well as having the report faxed and/or mailed and then reviewing the report over the phone.
Do you take the time to share maintenance and repair information?
Jim takes the time to answer questions and to give the client all helpful information.
What is your fee?
The fee is determined by the square footage and age of the home.
